Mary-Helen is the majority owner of HLC-SHE and brings a year of experience in the lawn care industry. She holds an Irrigation License (LI0028676) and a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (0909844). Her previous roles include CFO and other finance positions in tech and family offices. Mary-Helen entered this business to address the need for excellent customer service and respectful treatment of employees and clients. She holds a degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Chicago Booth. Known for her punctuality and budget adherence, Mary-Helen is committed to delivering outstanding results.

Nate has approximately three years of experience as a lawn care specialist, having worked with companies such as TruGreen and Grassmaster Plus. He also brings with him a Master of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University, combing academic knowledge with hands on experience. Nate excels at finding cost-effective solutions for lawn and ornamental bed issues.

Nate had his applicators license in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and holds his Texas Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (0950797).

Ram has over twelve years of experience in irrigation and landscaping. He has encountered and resolved a wide range of issues in irrigation systems and quickly identifies problems. He has previously worked for local companies such as Plantation Irrigation and Landscaping and ABC Home & Commercial Services. Ram enjoys watching YouTube videos to stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies.
