I can't say enough good things about Heroes Lawn Care and their service! My sprinkler system stopped working so I initially called Rainbird for help. Their diagnosis was that the electrical supply had somehow been compromised. I tried to find the problem and repair it myself, but finally decided it was time to call a professional. Heros had great ratings, so I called and was able to set up an appointment for that afternoon (win #1). The cost for a diagnostic call was only $69 and that fee would go towards the cost of repairs if I hired them (win #2). Ram showed up on time and was so pleasant, polite and professional (wins #3 & #4). He worked diligently and persistenly, welcomed my request to shadow him and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the problem (wins #5, #6 & #7). I was so pleased with Ram's knowledge and service and could tell very quickly that Heros was trustworthy, so I didn't even bother to get two more bids (win #8). The team that completed the repairs was Ram, Jimmy and Kevin. They did not rush through their work, but instead checked and double checked the system before leaving (win #9). I have been so impressed by the whole experience that I asked for a quote to lay some new sod (win #10). The office side of the business has been equally as great! Every time I communicate with the company I get the same person, Karla, and she too is pleasant, polite and professional (wins #11 & #12). She sent the quote for the sprinkler work within 24 hours, called with a reminder the day before the work started and then emailed a reminder the day before and day of the work (wins #13 & #14). This is clearly a WINNING company that provides excellent customer service, employs knowledgeable and professional people and finally the bonus - more than reasonable pricing and great value received! I will recommend them to everyone and wish them great success as their business grows!!
