Do you send text messages (SMS)? What are the terms of your text messaging program?

Yes. Heroes Lawn Care of The Woodlands offers a text messaging (SMS) program for our customers.

What we send: Appointment reminders, visit confirmations, on-the-way notifications, invoice notices, and customer service responses. Customers who separately opt in to marketing texts may also receive occasional seasonal service notifications and promotional offers.

How you opt in: You opt in by (1) providing your mobile number on our online service request form, which discloses the program terms at the phone number field, or (2) verbally agreeing to receive texts when you provide your phone number during a service signup call or in-person conversation with our office at (832) 479-1454. Providing your phone number for service texts is not a condition of purchase. Marketing texts require a separate, optional opt-in.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
